UK Delivery

We dispatch within the UK via Royal Mail and other reliable couriers. You will receive an estimated timeframe in your dispatch confirmation email. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

• Standard UK delivery: 2 to 5 business days.
• Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £40.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted courier services including Royal Mail and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination and you will receive an estimated timeframe in your dispatch confirmation email. We can ship to any address serviceable by our couriers, including P.O. boxes where the provider accepts them.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Three Stigmas is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by customs or local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with UK consumer law. Items must be unused, unopened, and in a resellable condition. Opened food items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@threestigmas.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted, and we cannot take responsibility for unsolicited returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once returned items have been inspected and approved. Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges, handled case by case. For any issue regarding the quality of our saffron or other products, please reach out and we will make it right.
