How to Eat

Straight from the pack, of course. Best at room temperature.

In the Kitchen

Crush coarsely and finish over yoghurt, ice cream, grilled fish or roasted vegetables. Toast briefly in a dry pan to lift the aroma.

Storage

Reseal the pack and keep at room temperature for up to four weeks, or refrigerate for up to nine months. The kernels firm slightly when chilled.

The Ritual

Best at room temperature, in good company.

Pour into a small dish a quarter of an hour before guests arrive. Pistachios firm slightly when refrigerated; let them rest at room temperature for the cleanest sweetness.

For finishing dishes, toast in a dry pan for forty seconds. Crush coarsely with the side of a knife and scatter over yoghurt, grilled fish, or roasted carrots.

Reseal the pack and store at room temperature for up to four weeks, or refrigerate for nine months.

Single-Origin

Every pack carries the orchard region and roast date. We do not blend with cheaper varieties to pad volume.

Aflatoxin Testing

Each shipment is tested for aflatoxin against the EU regulatory limit (4 ppb total). Certificates are kept on file and available on request for trade buyers.
