Whole cashew kernels, gently roasted and finished with a fine bloom of our own saffron. No palm oil, no artificial flavouring — just the nut, a little salt and the spice.

To Serve

Best eaten as they are, at room temperature, alongside tea or a glass of something cold. Scatter over salads, rice or roasted vegetables for colour and crunch.

Storage

Reseal the pack and keep in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight. Best within the date printed on the pack; once opened, enjoy within a few weeks for the freshest crunch.

Allergens

Contains cashew nuts. Packed in a facility that also handles other tree nuts (including pistachio). Not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

Saffron is usually saved for the pot. Here it meets the cashew instead — the warm, buttery nut carrying the spice in a way you can hold in your hand. It is the small luxury of an afternoon, the thing you reach for between one task and the next.

Roasted and packed in small batches in the UK, with the same saffron we sell by the thread. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is mass-produced.
