What’s the recommended daily intake of Saffron?
The recommended daily intake of saffron is around 30-50 milligrams, roughly a pinch, or five to ten threads. This modest amount is considered safe for most people while offering the distinctive flavour and natural benefits saffron is known for.
Can I track my order?
Yes, of course. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, whether sent via Royal Mail within the UK or through one of our trusted international couriers.
Can I change the date of the delivery?
