Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PAP Services Ltd, trading as Three Stigmas London. “You” and “your” refer to the customer purchasing from our website.

2.1 Our products include saffron, saffron-infused food items, teas, honey, chocolates, nuts, and other related items.
2.2 Products may contain nuts or be processed in facilities that handle nuts. If you have allergies, please contact us at hello@threestigmas.com before placing an order.
2.3 Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging may vary.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
3.1 Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 A contract is formed only when you receive an order dispatch confirmation from us.
3.3 We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1 All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Delivery charges are listed separately at checkout.
4.3 We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and other secure payment methods.
4.4 We do not store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely through third-party gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We deliver within the UK via Royal Mail. International orders may be shipped via Royal Mail, UPS, or other tracked courier services.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.2 Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.

7.1 Some products are available on a subscription basis.
7.2 Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled via your customer account or by contacting us.
